Green Tea - Cancer Defending Nutrition Tea

To start with, Green Tea stands out against other teas in that it is produced differently. The leaves of the plant that green tea is made, Camelia Sinensis, are steamed during production. Another finding, by Dr. H -H Sherry Chow of University of Arizona, Tucson, revealed that the body creates within itself detoxifying enzymes called Glutathione S- Transverase (GST). These GST enzymes help the body defend against toxic and cancer causing compounds. Dr. Chow’s study showed that GST enzymes were activated by EGCG. In a group of people who had low GST levels, using concentrated Green Tea extracts, had an 80% increase in production of GST. Thus their defence against cancer was heightened dramatically. The Green Tea extract used was more potent than you would get from having a few cups of this nutrition tea a day, however you can see why regular intake of Green Tea will help on a continual basis to keep these GST enzymes activated, growing and defending.

Another find showed that EGCG has the power to react with Leukemia cells and halt communication between cells. This deters them from growing and multiplying to any further extent. Should People Eat Snacks At Late Hours?

It is common knowledge that one should not indulge in excessive eating late at night. The belief is that if you’re sleeping then you’re not using the energy and so it will end up on your hips for eternity.

I would like to pose the question of whether or not this common belief is true. I feel it could be nothing more than a myth repeated many times until it’s deemed as truth. In this article, I intend to take some of the facts into consideration.

Your body will store excess fats that it doesn’t use up. If you generally eat more than your body needs then the excess energy will be stored as fat.

If you exercise today, you are not only burning the calories that you ate this morning. You will also be using up the calories that your body has stored at other times so it cannot be true that eating at night will cause you to become fat.

It is also the case that everything we do uses energy to some extent. All the little movements you make and even when you’re sleeping, you are in constant use of your energy supplies.

We all know that it wouldn’t be a healthy option for us to starve for more than 12 hours but that is effectively what is being done when we skip our evening meals. Your bodies need a regular supply of nutrients to stay healthy and in top form.

If there’s something to be said about this all, one thing that you’re best suited not doing is avoiding foods with sugars and little nutritional value late at night. These may keep you up later than you need to be, and they may also make it more difficult to sleep.

Since you’ll never want to go without a good night’s sleep, it’s clear that sugar should be avoided late at night. Otherwise, there’s no truth to this unsubstantiated myth that eating late at night is more likely to lead to weight gain.

3. Frequent errors: Heave hoeing the weight up and down. Allowing the elbows to shift around. And not going all the way up and all the way down with the dumbbell.

4. To do or not to do: Do NOT do this exercise. It’s the most overrated and overdone arm toning exercise out there. There are much more effective exercises that will get you faster results, seriously.

The key to getting rid of flabby arms is to do things that give you results in the shortest amount of time possible. Please do not waste your time doing ineffective exercises. There are much better exercises that will get you much faster results.
