Is it Possible to Lose Weight Effortlessly with Wu Yi Tea?

Still not convinced, I did a little test. I stopped using the wu yi tea in my iced tea and went back to just black tea. I did not eat cheesecake (kind of tired of it), nor did I pig out. I ate around the amount of calories one would consume to maintain their current weight. I did not work out.

Don't give up. Diet and exercise can be difficult, especially when challenges come. If you mess up and skip workouts, eat too much cheesecake or gain weight, forgive yourself. Everyone is allowed a little leeway from time to time. Just pick yourself up and get back to your goals!
